As
I already said, I'm Charlie Lehardy. I was born on July 15, 1980
in Tucson, AZ. My parents are both missionaries with Wycliffe Bible Translators. As such, I've grown up in a Christian home and am a Christian myself. I'm currently trying to find a new Church, but still consider Grace Community Covenant Church to be my home.
I'm a computer geek, but I'm also a thrill-seeker
at heart. What's that mean? Well, I love doing anything that has
some excitement associated with it.
For instance, I love rock
climbing, sky diving (only been once though), roller coasters, driving way too fast, etc, etc... I do like calmer things though, like volleyball,
basketball (even though I'm not very good), pool, ping-pong, movies and just hanging out.
Most of all though, I'm a people person. I really
like my friends and I truly don't much care what I'm doing as long
as I'm hanging out with them. I wasn't always like that though.
I grew up as an introvert and still do have introverted tendencies,
but I've mostly killed those.
But, despite all of that non-geek stuff, I do
tend to geek out every so often so... beware! I'm a fan of Linux, but unlike many other geeks, I don't hate Microsoft. Macintosh sucks despite OSX being BSD-based (it's STILL a Mac people!). Oh,
and I love my computer games.
Quake
II was my first exposure to first-person shooters and I haven't looked back since.
I also love Starcraft and Worms!! For the PS2, give me Tekken, Baldur's Gate or Red Faction any day!
Need to know anything else? Think I'm your long-lost
brother? Want to give me some money? Go ahead and contact me and I'll try and get back to you as soon as I can!
